Privacy note
What happens to the details you send us
This note covers the request form on pigeonholehq.com. The site itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
Who is responsible
Pigeonhole (Michal Paraschidis, JDG, Poland) is the controller for this data. Contact: [contact email]
What we store
- Your work email (required) and, if you give them, your name, team size, number of agents, where you want to run Pigeonhole and your note.
- That you ticked the consent box, and when you sent the form.
Why
Only to reply to your request: access to Pigeonhole, a self-hosted licence, or your question. We don't add you to a newsletter and there's no tracking in our emails.
Where
Your request is stored as a ticket on our own Pigeonhole hub, hosted in the EU (Hetzner, Germany and Finland). To keep bots out, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser when you send the form.
How long
Until you get access or ask us to delete it, and at most 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time: email [contact email]. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Poland that is the UODO.
